Do I need to purchase a license in order to use your service?

You can try Password-Find in preview mode to make sure that it’s possible to remove a password from your file. If the decryption process is successful, first paragraph of your document will be displayed. Preview mode is only available for the “Remove password” approach.

How can I purchase a license?

A

We use a trusted e-commerce partner PayPro Global. The list of available payment methods depends on a country selected by the user. In the US, payments are accepted via a credit / debit card, PayPal, QIWI, purchase order, wire transfer, phone order, fax order and check / cash. To make an order, please visit the Prices page, select a wanted license and press “Buy Now” button. Follow the further instructions. I will pay in a currency other than US Dollars, how do I know how much the program will cost in my currency?

A

Choose your currency from the list located in the upper right corner of the Order Page, and our partner PayPro will automaically calculate the cost of the license in your currency using the current exchange rate.

After I buy, how long will it take for the license key to arrive?

A

You will see your license key on the next page after entering the purchase and payment information. A copy of it will be sent to the email address you specified while making the order. Please note that “Bank/Wire transfer” and “Fax – Credit card” payments options require some time, and in these cases a license key can’t be received instantly.

Please check the “Spam” section of your email client.
