Was a little dubious, but went to the trust pilot site and re opened the site from there, paid and it was opened simple as that. Just remember not to select the find out pass word button or it charges you double, but honestly my mistake and i do\'t care i got my file open, what a relief. Great service and it works now on unlimited files i have
